Educational Use Only: Our Service is designedto support learning, study, and general knowledge enhancement for medicalprofessionals and students. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-dateinformation, you should not rely on BRIO Health as your sole source forcritical medical decisions. Information on our platform might beincomplete, simplified for learning purposes, or, in the case of AI-generatedcontent, possibly incorrect or outdated. AI Content Limitations: The AI system behindBRIO Health is a powerful tool but it has limitations. BRIO Health does notguarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated output. The AI may sometimes produce errors, omissions, or “hallucinations”(plausible-sounding but incorrect statements). It might also be unaware of themost recent research or clinical guidelines if those came after its latest dataupdate. Therefore:
No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Interactionwith our AI or platform does not create any doctor-patient or healthcareprovider relationship. Even if an answer uses language like “you should…” it isnot a personalized recommendation for any individual’s situation, but rather ageneral informational statement. BRIO Health is not practicing medicine;we are offering an informational service.

For instance, BRIO Health is not responsible if you usethe platform’s information to study for an exam and the exam has differentanswers, or if a medical scenario in real life has nuances not captured by ourAI responses. Always use multiple sources and professional guidance whenavailable.
Emerging Knowledge: The field of medicine evolves rapidly. Guidelines, drug information, and standard of care can change over time. What you learn on BRIO Health might become outdated. We attempt toupdate our content and improve the AI continuously, but there may be lag. It’sa good practice to verify if the information is current, especially foranything critical.
User Responsibility: Users, especially thosewho are practicing clinicians, are ultimately responsible for how they use theinformation from BRIO Health. If you choose to apply knowledge gained from ourplatform in practice or study, you must do so in accordance with professionalstandards, local regulations, and sound judgment. BRIO Health will not beliable for any outcomes (including injuries or damages) resulting from use ofor reliance on our content.
In summary: Always treat BRIO Health as a helpful educational tool, not a medical oracle. Consult authoritative sources and professionals whenneeded. If you experience any health issues, do not rely on our Service – seekreal medical care.

While we select reputable partners, wedo not have full control over their operations. BRIO Health is notresponsible for any acts or omissions of third-party service providers usedin delivering our AI responses or other features. For example, if theunderlying Google LLM service experiences an outage or bug, the BRIO Healthplatform’s responses may be delayed or incorrect, and that is outside of ourdirect control. By using BRIO Health, you acknowledge that certain aspects ofthe Service depend on third parties and accept the risks associated with suchdependencies.
We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, oraccuracy of information as processed by these third-party tools. However, if anexternal service failure materially affects our Service, we will workdiligently to restore functionality and provide updates to users when possible. We may also switch providers or make adjustments as needed to maintain servicequality.

We do not guarantee the validity ofthird-party content. For instance, if a user in a forum shares a piece ofadvice or if we display content from a medical news site, you should criticallyevaluate that information just as you would any source not provided by BRIOHealth.
Third-Party Terms: Some third-party servicesintegrated into BRIO Health may have their own terms of service or usagepolicies (for example, using our Service’s AI features means you are indirectlyusing Google’s AI service, which may be subject to Google’s terms). By usingthe BRIO Health features powered by third parties, you also agree to complywith the relevant third-party terms to the extent applicable.
